DESIGN PHASE DRAWs TO a CLOSE:
Plans for the proposed Scotts Valley Library are off and running. The Scotts Valley City Council officially approved the new library at its April 7 meeting after a design presentation by Group 4, the library’s architects. The architects said they are in the homestretch of the design process, and they presented the council with renderings of what the library is expected to look like, shown at left. Courtesy art

Do you know the reason why the picture doesn't show the full front of the building? The City Council with their great wisdom has decided to only finish part of the front. The other 1/3 which will not be used by the library will be left as it is. Now isn't that going to be attractive. Time for a Change if you ask me.

of the world. It is a brick. Wrap it in tin foil, paint it, it is still a brick. Call the museum of modern art. This will really up there with the taj majal, pyramids of Giza, Hanging garden, Quansit hut, blimp hanger in Mt. View.

No place to sit while waiting for ride. outside sitting areas. center piece fountain, or at least a visual intriguing attention getter. Oh yes, a dumpster right in front. ticke tacky

is more like it. Do not shake it, or you will have to do it again! I can see a little of sim city in it, but not much. Need gold statues of council members on the roof, closer to the sun and God.

WOW is right. World of Warcraft would be an upgrade.

I got a home design software program. It was crude, but kinda fun if your bored. The lego appearance is just that. I must say my results looked more impressive. Did you have the middle school kids do this as extra credit project? No, I am sure it was Brook Knoll. How does one get these contracts from the city?

The 3 million remodel will have to be redone to comply with federal regulations. For only 2 million more, the front will be returned to its original configuration by next year. Just in time to cease operations due to lack of funding by the county.

WOW. That's pretty. An old building with a new sign and three potted plants. Amazing what millions will buy. Again, WOW.
