The Felton Business Association will host Felton’s Evening with Santa next weekend from 5 to 7 p.m. Nov. 28 at the Felton Deck near Chopstix, 6249 Highway 9, and at the Felton Fire Station, 131 Kirby St.

A tree lighting ceremony at the deck will precede Santa’s arrival by fire truck and a parade to Santa’s Parlor in the fire station. For the first time, the tree will be lighted by solar power.

Children can have their picture taken with Santa and share candy canes, Christmas cookies and hot apple cider. Carols will be sung by a choir to complete the Christmas cheer.
