OK. Press Banner. You've placed this notice on the online version of the paper, but not in the paper version of the paper.

THANK YOU to all three candidates for taking the time to come and meet with the people of SLV. Am grateful for the folks who came to the park and posed some great questions.

Remember that these questions now posed during the forum will be posted on the candidates FB pages for follow up by the candidates.

Best of luck to Bob, Jim and Roger!

nice to see they actually KNOW where the SLV is. we just want to know which candidate is actually going to remember that after they are elected, unlike the current loser that holds the job. Phil wowak, you know who we are talking about.

I was pleased by the answers of all candidates and happy to have a political forum in such a beautiful part of the county. I attended the forum to gain a clearer understanding of what the candidates had to offer; primarily with the valley as the focus.

Did not feel like Hart is connected to the SLV. Pursley is this under dog that I would LOVE to see elected to the position. He began his sheriff career in the SLV and has seen how much the area has changed. He has some wonderful ideas for increasing the staffing resources that our part of the valley is sorely missing. Wildey's responses were sharp and laser focused towards Hart and Wowak. I'm certain Pursley would do right by the SLV. I'm going to vote for him.

Go Mr. Pursley!
