Midnight: During a probation search on the 000 block of Pasatiempo Drive in Santa Cruz, deputies arrested a man and a woman after they were allegedly found to be in possession of approximately 4 grams of heroin, as well as a syringe that was full of heroin. Upon booking in the Santa Cruz County Jail, a search determined that the female was in possession of an additional amount of heroin.
Midnight: A resident of the 100 block of Aufterwood Way in Brookdale reported that someone had vandalized his property, destroying several items.
4:47 p.m.: Deputies arrested a man on the 6200 block of Graham Hill Road in Felton after they determined that he had three outstanding warrants out for him.
Midnight: Deputies took a report after a vehicle owned by Santa Cruz County had approximately $130 worth of gasoline siphoned from it while parked on the 200 block of Hihn Road in Felton.

4:59 p.m.: A motorcycle rider was arrested and released with a citation after he was caught allegedly racing on Mount Hermon Road.
7:30 p.m.: A business on Mount Hermon Road reported that two suspects had left the scene in a black Volkswagen Jetta after they'd allegedly shoplifted a bottle alcohol.
8:48 a.m.: Officers were called to escort a man off the premises of a business on Mount Hermon Road after he threatened staffers who caught him drinking vodka in the men's restroom.
6:55 p.m.: Officers took a report after a business on Mount Hermon Road reported that someone had shoplifted a bottle of alcohol.
7:44 p.m.: A man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after the vehicle he was driving swerved out of its lane and crashed into the curb on Bean Creek Road.
11:51 a.m.: An employee of a business on Scotts Valley Drive reported that someone had used a drill to access a fuel tank and siphon gasoline from a vehicle. He said that fuel theft had been an ongoing concern.
3:45 p.m.: A resident of Woodhill Drive reported being scammed out of approximately $4,000 through an IRS scam.
7:17 p.m.: A resident of Sunset Terrace reported that, when she returned home, she'd found that all of her doors and sliding-glass doors were open. Nothing was reported missing, however.
11:32 p.m.: Officers arrested four juveniles and released them to their parents after they were found to be intoxicated and in possession of alcohol inside a vehicle on the 300 block of Kings Village Road.
8:54 a.m.: A parked vehicle on Oak Lane was burglarized, with numerous items reported stolen, after someone entered through an unlocked door.
7:18 p.m.: A resident of Flora Lane reported that her next-door neighbor was putting trash by her front door and in the family's mail box.
3:19 p.m.: Officers arrested a woman on Mount Hermon Road and released her with a citation after she was found to be operating the vehicle on a license with multiple suspensions. Both the driver and passenger were cited for possession of marijuana as well.
10:16 p.m.: A man was arrested in central Scotts Valley after he allegedly threw a phone at his wife and pushed her across the room.
