Therapist completes craniosacral training

Therapist Gail Creeksong, who practices in Scotts Valley, recently participated in a CranioSacral Therapy II workshop offered by the Upledger Institute Inc.

Craniosacral therapy is used to find and resolve imbalances in the craniosacral system, which may cause of sensory, motor, or neurological dysfunction. The craniosacral system consists of the membranes and fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.

The therapy has been used successfully to treat headaches, neck and back pain, TMJ dysfunction, chronic fatigue, motor coordination difficulties, eye problems and central nervous system disorders.
