His name is Sherwin, you Dumb A! If he was so disruptive, you'd think you'd remember his name.

It is a matter of public record that this is the crew who brought YOU, the SLV rate payer, a litany of failure... failed finances, poor investments, negligible progress on infrastructure repair... not to mention their support of a huge rate increase to fund the expensive and environmentally unsound "campus". Oh and then there's the Grand Jury report ... How many water boards actually get investigated by a Grand Jury?! After squandering the proceeds from the sale of the Waterman Gap property, the incumbant (Larry Prather) is daring to run for reelection.. and the other two candidates on his slate support his lunacy. It's laughable that these three are even running. Have they no shame? And do they really think we're stupid enough to put them into office? Voting in this election will be easy. You get three votes... vote ANYBODY but these three!

“Together, Hammer, Prather, and Ratcliffe have the best combination of experience and leadership skills needed to keep this vision on track…” Than together they also get to take ownership of… * A critical Grand Jury Report * An infrastructure priorities list (CIP Report) that hasn’t been updated in four years * $3M in Campus planning and property expenses while they knew of massive infrastructure leaks * Running the district without a financial plan * Draining the Waterman Gap revenues Nice try, Betsy. This time, the VWC slate isn’t going to win this election based only on feel-good issues. In this election, your buddies are going to have to address the tough issues created by their leader, Incumbent Prather.
