Ha. Ha. Ha. It is too bad for the locals and seeing as the family who owned Heavenly are locals, how about a little support for them. Speculation does nothing but start rumors. They treated the customers, employees, and anyone that came in as family and served awesome food. So instead of assuming its because of money they closed. I would like to say thank you to Heavenly for being a great place to go and I wish you all the best of luck!

I am pretty upset about the closure. I understand that things come up, but it's still very, very sad. My significant other and I were regular patrons there for years--we usually got the same server and we wouldn't even be given a menu because we always got the same thing. Now we will have to settle for someone else's eggs benedict and it will never be as good. We will miss Heavenly!

We are really going to miss sending our guests there in the mornings. I will really miss the service and environment they offered, not many other places like it in Santa Cruz county.

Guessing it was their total lack of skill in money management that sunk them. Too bad for the locals.
